Evaluating impact
Once a regulatory review is completed and recommendations made, the Ministry works with the relevant agency on post-implementation review expectations. These will be formally agreed as part of the implementation plan.
The following considerations will be assessed when deciding involvement of the Ministry in post-implementation reviews:
